Reopening on 20 April 2024  Saturday. Safu’s concept revolves around bringing the essence of various regions of Japan to Tokyo, we have carefully selected artisanal ingredients from across the nation, from condiments to beverages, each infused with the creator’s spirit.
Surrounded by a Japanese garden, the peaceful space helps one forget the hustle and bustle of the city, while embodying the spirit of craftsmanship inherited from the Museum.
