We start selling the special plan “Phantom Sea Urchin Tasting Kaiseki Course” from March 21st. This plan allows you to fully enjoy two rare types of sea urchin that can only be tasted during summer season: the elusive Kyushu Red Uni and Hokkaido Bafun Uni. The stay period for this plan is from July 1st to August 31st, 2024. At the Michelin 5-star hot spring inn “IKI RETREAT by Onko Chishin” on Iki Island, Nagasaki Prefecture, starting from March 21st, 2024, we will be offering a plan that includes these two types of sea urchin from Kyushu and Hokkaido, including the highly sought-after “phantom” red uni. This plan is available for a limited period of two months, from July 1st to August 31st, 2024. In addition to the Hokkaido Bafun Uni that can only be tasted during this season, we have prepared aluxurious tasting set that allows you to compare and enjoy the sea urchin from Kyushu and Hokkaido.
