9th Anniversary Special Dinner Course
Indulge in a nine-course dinner specially crafted by our Executive Chef, showcasing the richness of Setouchi’s seasonal ingredients and natural bounty. The highlight of the menu is a sumptuous sauté of Setouchi lobster and blowfish, accompanied by Ehime Wagyu beef and local specialties such as tai-meshi (sea bream rice). This exclusive dinner course offers a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, available for a limited time only.
Each dish is a testament to the craftsmanship of our culinary team, paired with a selection of wines and sake curated by our in-house sommelier, to create a warm and memorable dining experience.

Ehime Prefecture, an often-overlooked sake region, is home to 35 family-run breweries. Rooted in traditions dating back to the late Sengoku period, these breweries continue to refine their craft while embracing innovation. For this special dinner, I have selected a range of distinctive sake from Ehime alongside wines from around the world to complement each course.
