On November 22, 2024, Onko Chishin Co., Ltd. officially acquired all shares of Hotel Seasons Nichinan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture; Representative Director: Kunio Akimoto), which operates Hotel Seasons Nichinan in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
Hotel Seasons Nichinan, located in southern Miyazaki Prefecture, boasts stunning ocean views of the Pacific from every room. It is widely utilized for both tourism and business purposes and is a favored lodging choice for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp players during their spring and autumn training seasons.
Nichinan City enjoys a warm climate with an annual average temperature of 18.7°C and is renowned as a hub for sports training camps. The region is also rich in natural and cultural attractions. This acquisition follows our purchase of the Rebun Tourism Hotel Kiryo (formerly Mitsui Tourism Hotel) and represents our second hotel operation involving property ownership.
