It’s likely to have been there 10,000 years ago, and it’s likely to be there 10,000 years from now. “House & Restaurant” designed by architect Junya Ishigami

The concept began in 2013 with the chef’s desire to create something that inherently contains the weight of time, and that weight increases over time. So far, this project has been introduced in places such as a large-scale solo exhibition at the Fondation Cartier Contemporary Art Museum in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, Rome, London, Shanghai, and Tokyo, and has attracted attention from all over the world.
