On October 21, 2024 (Monday), the “FOUR HANDS DINNER” collaboration event will be held at MUNI ALAIN DUCASSE within the small luxury hotel “MUNI KYOTO by Onkochishin” (Location: Kyoto, Japan; General Manager: Junichi Matsumoto) in Arashiyama, Kyoto. This event will feature a special collaboration with “Tempura Matsu.”
“Tempura Matsu,” located near Matsuo Taisha in Kyoto, originally opened as a tempura restaurant in 1976. Inspired by the culinary curiosity of his father and predecessor, Shunichi Matsuno, the restaurant has evolved to offer a variety of Japanese cuisine and is now widely recognized as one of Kyoto’s popular Japanese restaurants. Chef Alessandro of MUNI ALAIN DUCASSE will be presenting dishes themed around the autumn season in Kyoto.
