The torafugu (tiger pufferfish) used in this special plan is considered the finest, sourced from Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The consumption of fugu (pufferfish) was legalized in 1888 by Hirobumi Ito, the first Prime Minister of Japan during the Meiji period, and it has since spread nationwide.

The plan features beautifully presented “tessa” (sashimi), rich and flavorful fugu hot pot, and aromatic rice porridge, along with creamy “shirako” (fish milt) and crispy fried fugu. This special plan offers guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the king of winter delicacies, torafugu.

Indulge in the exquisite craftsmanship and unparalleled hospitality of Ryotei Hamsuiro with the “Torafugu Kaiseki Plan.”
