館内には各メゾンの世界観を表現した11室の客室を設けており、宿泊を通じてシャンパーニュ文化そのものに触れることができます。

また、各メゾンの哲学や歴史、テロワールをより深く知る機会として、メーカーズディナーを継続的に開催しています。シャンパーニュを味わうだけでなく、その背景にある文化や生産者の想いに触れていただくことで、11のメゾンそれぞれが紡いできた物語をお届けしています。

創業50周年、最高峰キュヴェを生み出す造り手としてのニコラ・フィアット

シャンパーニュの世界では、歴史や伝統が語られることが多くあります。しかし今回Cuvée J2があえて焦点を当てるのは、販売数量世界トップクラスのブランドとしてではなく、最高峰キュヴェを生み出す造り手としてのニコラ・フィアットです。
50周年という節目にあたり、メゾンが積み重ねてきた時間を「パルム・ドール」という一つのキュヴェを通して体感いただきます。

さらに今回は、通常ヴィンテージだけでなく、長期熟成を経た希少シリーズ「パルム・ドール クロノテーク」もご用意します。「クロノテーク」は、メゾンが最適な熟成のタイミングを見極め、自らのセラーで大切に保管してきたボトルのみに与えられる特別なシリーズ。市場に流通する機会は極めて限られており、25年以上の熟成を経たヴィンテージを味わえることは、シャンパーニュ愛好家にとっても稀有な体験となります。

フランス・ロレーヌ地方出身。これまで10年間にわたり名門シャンパーニュ・メゾンにて、アジア地域(日本、韓国、台湾、フィリピン)を担当するエクスポートマネージャーとして活躍。現在はニコラ・フィアットの国際事業を牽引しながら、「食」と「本物の価値あるもの」を通して、フランスのアール・ド・ヴィーヴル(暮らしの美学)を日本に伝えることを使命に活動している。

本プランでは、現役競輪選手との交流やバックヤード見学、実際の競輪場バンクを使用した走行体験など、“競輪の世界に泊まる”特別な1泊2日をご提供します。

KEIRIN HOTEL 10は、玉野競輪場に併設するホテルとして、競輪というスポーツをより身近に感じられる滞在体験を提供しています。今回の宿泊プランでは、親子で普段なかなか触れることのない競輪選手の世界を体感いただけます。実際に選手たちが使用する空間の見学や、競輪場バンクでの走行体験など、ここでしか味わえないスポーツの世界をお楽しみいただけます。

1. 競輪選手の“バックヤード”を特別見学!

普段は入れないトレーニングルームや控え室など、競輪選手が実際に使用する空間を見学いただけます。また、選手ユニフォームの着用体験も予定しています。
